Willbros Canada has a 58-acre facility for pipe storage and handling at Poplar Creek, 25 km north of Fort McMurray with:

Heated indoor shop space as well as a 7200 sq. ft. indoor maintenance shop.
Submerged arc welding systems and power rollers for pipe sizes to 48"
Fenced yard for secure storage
Loading and offloading
Inventory control
Marshalling
Double jointing
Pipe bending, bevelling, and coating
