Quality Control

Willbros Canada maintains and implements an approved quality control manual for the construction, erection and repair of onshore pipelines and pressure piping in accordance with CSA Z662 and ASME B31.3 process piping.

Willbros Canada has received the Certificate of Recognition for its Quality Control Program from the Alberta Boilers Safety Association - effective through November 30, 2006

NDE TESTING

Willbros Canada contracts third party NDT services to qualified suppliers. Our construction personnel coordinate, monitor, and evaluate these inspection services which include:

Radiographic Inspection
Ultrasonic Testing
Liquid Dye Penetrant
Ultrasonic Inspection
Magnetic Particle Testing

WELDING PROCEDURES

Willbros Canada has access to over 35 welding procedures for the following welding processes, which are available upon request.

Welding processes employed include:

SAW Submerged arc welding
GMAW Gas metal arc welding
SMAW Shielded metal arc welding
FCAW Flux-core arc welding
